Lovely and spacious , the townhouse was built in the 70's and renovated in 2015. The villa is very well equipped, decorated with charm  by the owner. It has direct access to a lovely verdant park cut through by the local river Sorgue; in hot seasons guests will find welcome respite in the shade and cool breezes of the river, while being ideally situated two minutes from the center of the historic town.
The house is equipped with A/C and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
There is a private parking, 2 terraces equipped with outdoor table, chairs and barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large dining room for 8 guests.

Two of the bedrooms have queen size bed, the master bedroom has a king and another bedroom has a doubled bed. They all share 2 bathrooms, one with a tub the other with a shower and a tub. Both toilets are separate.
