Truly a unique way to experience Paris, this 82 ft. houseboat is moored on the Seine in a picturesque location between Pont Alexandre III, the most opulent bridge in Paris, and Pont des Invalides. The spacious deck, equipped for dining and entertaining, allows guests an excellent vantage point from which to admire the Seine's beautiful bridges, passing boats, and sunsets over the Eiffel Tower. On warm summer evenings, it is especially magical to watch the Eiffel Tower as it is illuminated at dusk.

Below the deck, the main living area has wood floors with area rugs, warm wood paneling and white painted walls, and several large rectangular "portholes" with views to the river. This main room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, two leather armchairs, large coffee table, working fireplace, well stocked bookshelves, TV with cable and English channels, desk, telephone and sound system. Separated from the main room by a breakfast bar, the kitchen is nicely equipped with four gas burners, sink, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and washer/dryer. The adjacent dining table seats 6-8 people on an L-shaped banquette and Starck chairs. The guest bathroom, at one end of the living room, has a shower, basin and the only toilet. Houseboat Louise is well equipped with cookware, utensils and bed and bath linens.

Accessed through a small hallway with plenty of closet space, the main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, two armchairs, and TV with cable.  A smaller bedroom in back has a large single bed.  Also off this hallway, a second bath has bathtub with hand held shower, sink and wide vanity shelf with storage beneath.
